During my recent stay at Ibis Malioboro, I had the pleasure of indulging in the all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast served between 6.30 and 10 am. As a marine biologist hailing from Bali, where culinary delights are aplenty, I must say I was impressed by the diverse spread that combined traditional, continental, and Indonesian flavors. The Kopi Luwak nearby added a local touch to my morning routine, and the proximity to Artemy Italian Gelato for a post-breakfast treat was a delightful bonus.The breakfast at the hotel catered beautifully to a range of preferences, offering American, Continental, and Indonesian-style dishes. While my taste buds found the spread to be satisfying, I couldn't help but notice a slight decline in taste as mentioned by my fellow diner. Nevertheless, the ambiance at the restaurant was pleasant, making each meal a relaxing and enjoyable experience.Ibis Malioboro provided a convenient location, comfortable accommodation, and a wide array of dining options that cater to different palates, making it a suitable choice for travelers seeking a fulfilling culinary experience.
